Is the 3-month pilot really free?
Yes — completely free, no payment details required, no automatic conversion to a paid plan. At the end of the pilot, you decide whether to continue. We're happy to extend pilots if needed.
Are there per-user charges?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost. Whether you have 10 users or 1,000, the price stays the same. We believe per-user pricing creates the wrong incentives.
How is billing handled?
Annual invoicing on standard NHS terms (typically 30 days). We accept BACS bank transfers — no credit card required. PO numbers are added to invoices on request.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term commitments — annual contracts auto-renew but can be cancelled at any time before renewal. We don't believe in trapping customers.
What counts as a "site"?
A site is a single hospital or care location with its own physical address. The Trust-Wide plan covers all sites under a single NHS Trust, regardless of how many.
Are you on G-Cloud or NHS frameworks?
We're in the process of joining the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud framework. In the meantime, our pricing is below most procurement thresholds, allowing direct purchase.
